Here, a ferry boat approaches the George Washington Bridge as it travels from Yonkers to the NYC Financial district..----.Images from the launch of New York Water Taxi's ferry service between downtown Yonkers and the New York City financial district Tuesday. This is the first commuter ferry service between the Hudson Valley suburbs and New York City. Four morning and four evening trips are available daily and take 45 (World Financial Center) to 57 (Pier 11, Wall Street) minutes, point-to-point.
