Cuomo takes in a round of applause from state and local officials and legislators, led by Town of Stony Point Supervisor Philip Marino (at podium), at Stony Point Town Hall to announce "an agreement with Mirant that will result in immediate air pollution cuts of almost 50 percent from the Lovett coal-fired power plant and improve air quality throughout the region, and preserve the local economy," according to a press release issued by the Attorney General's office.
